Dr. Jeremy Pepin is the founder of Advanced Kidney Care and specializes in both general and interventional nephrology. He is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), with additional certifications in hemodialysis vascular access and peritoneal dialysis access through the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN).

Dr. Pepin is committed to providing personalized, comprehensive kidney care to patients throughout southwest Iowa. His clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, dialysis, kidney transplant care, and dialysis access procedures. With specialized training in interventional nephrology, he offers advanced, minimally invasive procedures, including endovascular fistula creation using WavelinQ® technology.

Beyond his work with patients, Dr. Pepin serves on the Nebraska Kidney Association Board of Directors and is a guest lecturer at the College of Saint Mary in Omaha. He also shares his expertise with other healthcare professionals through educational conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements focused on kidney disease and advances in treatment.
