
Annetta Van Every, NP
Annetta Van Every, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner with five years of experience in transplant care, specializing in Kidney, Pancreas, Liver, Small Bowel/Intestinal Rehab Transplant, and Transplant Nephrology. She began her healthcare career as a bedside ICU nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in critical care and patient advocacy — skills that continue to shape her approach today.

Annetta is dedicated and committed to providing compassionate, evidence-base, patient-centered care and guiding patients through complex treatment journeys with clarity and support. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality outcomes for patients.

Annetta believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and their families. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and provide clear guidance every step of the way. Her goal is to make each patient feel seen, supported, and empowered through their health journey.

Outside of work, Annetta enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, baking, crocheting, and traveling.
